Nick is a Sydney based freelance Director, Photographer & Filmmaker. He is the founder of Fraser Productions, and Co-Founder of ‘Ours & Yours Weddings’ + ‘Rover the Hills’. With over a decade of experience capturing all manner of visual mediums. Nick’s passion lies in adventure lifestyle. When he is not involved in commercial work, he is often found on expeditions and leading outdoors ventures.
Nick is a Sydney based Director, Photographer, Filmmaker & Consultant. With a decade of experience shooting a vast range of genres, Nick specialises in Commercial + Editorial Adventure Lifestyle Photography + Film. Nick is the Founder of ‘Fraser Productions’, and the Co-Founder of ‘Ours & Yours Weddings’ & ‘Rover the Hills’.
Nick’s work has taken him all over the world. From his origins in music + event photography, Nick photographed some of the worlds biggest artists, touring both nationally and internationally. He has photographed for the Prime Minister, the Coptic Pope, and many of Australia’s leading Universities. His work has been published in magazines such as The Australian Financial Review, Forbes Magazine, the Sydney Morning Herald, the BBC; on billboards, National Television, and his videos have seen millions of views worldwide. He has photographed Music Festivals in every state of Australia, Fiji, China, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Nick has worked with clients that are considered leading brands within the automotive, music, tech, event, real estate, charity, sports, and educations sectors to name a few, along with partnering with many of the top agencies in Australia.
Nick’s personal projects mark him as an avid traveller, rockclimber, and custom classic vehicle enthusiast. Nick has worked in conditions as cold as -50 Celsius in the northern territories of Canada, and been dropped off by helicopter into the humid and wet jungles of Papua New Guinea. He has ridden motorcycles across the length of Vietnam, climbed in the Himalayas during the middle of winter, and spent three months riding across the Eastern Mongolian Steppe on Horseback (whilst filming a doco on nomadic culture). He is a tri-citizen (Scottish, American & Australian), and has lived in Scotland, America, Brunei, Australia, Canada, and Papua New Guinea.
Outside of his Photographic Career, Nick has worked as a High Pressure Driller, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Marketer, Social Co-ordinator, Mechanic, Sales Rep and a small Business Consultant. Nick has 16yrs experience in Martial Arts, is a qualified Diver, Bladesmith, and holds a BA Media Degree, majoring in Screen Production and Radio.
